Hi! I want to create Etsy accounts to purchase and review my products.

For this I need reliable credit cards to attach to the accounts.
I want to run 100 accounts at the start, potentially more in the future.
I need API access to manage those cards automatically.
This should not pose a risk to my seller accounts because something would be abused already.
Ideally I would top-up some global balance that can be used by the cards.
The cards should not have a minimum top-up. For example in one month, I want to spend maybe $1, in the next month $15, etc. I don't want to be forced to spend $50 for every card I create.
The cards should be valid for an extended period of time so I can continuously use them for purchases later on as well without changing cards on the accounts all the time.

Ideally the whole set-up doesn't cost a fortune (card creation fees, minimums per card, etc.).
Do you offer something like this?

I regret using @EPN . Despite having a balance of 687 USD in my account, they blocked my account, citing the excuse of using 1 USD more than one card. I contacted them via Telegram, but received no support. The account is automatically blocked when the balance falls below 1000 USD. They have done this before, and I'm fed up. They force you to load money before the balance runs out. I do not recommend it to anyone. I will file complaints against them on every platform.

We have API access to the cards, so you will be able use it to manage the cards.
As we've changed the tariffs again you will only have to pay 3$ per card.
There is a minimum top-up of 30$ for the account's balance, but after that you can top-up the newly created cards as you wish - no minimum top-up there.

The cards should be able to perform as you need.

I bought a card from you for google add, on the card dashboard it was showing expenditures of about $200+ after buying the card. I thought it was weird, when I added the card to google add my account got suspended. It says "Your account is suspended - Your account has an unpaid balance.". Add spent is $0, I reached out to you on PM but close to a month now you've not responded. I'll need a refund.
