The seller sent the promotional code today.

Anyway, I created an account and added the code to my account and confirmed my account via Telegram.
Then 2GB trial traffic was activated.
I created 2 ports in my account and when I tested them I realized they were not working.
I wrote to Telegram support and they asked me for the ports that were not working and said they would look into it.
Then they blocked my account with the excuse that I was using more than one account and min. They said that if I upload $15 they will open it again.
In short, they wasted my time.
They slandered me even though I had never used this company before.
I think proxies are not working and that's why they blocked my account.
I think that the proxies will still not work when I add money to my account, and I also think that they will not refund this money to me, using their own service policies as an excuse.
A complete money pit.

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. Proxies were not working. I complained. Was asked to send ports. Went to the account and saw the 2GB trial (I think they even gave me 4GB after writing to them on Telegram) wasn't there anymore. They said they don't allow multiple accounts. How? Never heard of Nexusnet until I saw this thread. Never created an account with them. I asked how I can have multiple accounts when promo code was given on BHW. Which means I have multiple BHW accounts???? Was asked to fund my account with $15. Lol. How would I have gotten multiple promo codes on BHW? Then they stopped responding. Then I told them something like "I guess it is just your tactics to get people's money" and deleted their Telegram chats immediately. It is mosdef a fraudulent tactic or their anti-multiaccounting system is very faulty.

Funny question: Why doesn't their system "catch" SUPPOSED multiple accounts creation before you try to use the proxies and contact them on Telegram??? It is after you complain about the proxies not working that they block your account; not before you complain.
