RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOSTING PROVIDER NOW YOU CAN, I NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
I am just hosting websites a few lightweight websites and use it occasionally (if any, if needed) for technical/experimental or other purposes.
Often the server reaches a point (according to them that the CPU and/or RAM is fully in use preventing the websites nor RDP to work). But i have my doubts.
Because the websites are lightweight and do not have much traffic at all. There is nothing else there consuming/wasting performance. Unless maybe the browser,
but browsers do not automatically startup/restore on startup. So it's weird when sometimes the people claim that they have restarted the server(You can't even do it yourself on the panel!?!?), that
i still can't PING/reach my websites nor RDP to it or anything. Regardless of IP/Device. I've never experienced this ever before at any hosting company, and even if i did by accident over-consuming/software bug/coding bug, 1 simple restart (that i could easily request with a click on a button on the customer panel) and it's solved instantly.
They couldn't solve it so they created a snapshot and moved it to a other server (without notice..., at least it solved the issue...for a while... Even though i've had to re-spin SSL certificates / DNS settings / Reversed proxy settings for each...)
I've asked about 5 time if not more (with live chat added up) to get it restarted. Now the same issue happened again about 4-5 weeks ago, so back then i contacted customer support and IT'S STILL NOT SOLVED!!! IM OFFLINE FOR A MONTH+, simply because they are barely ever in the weekend, and in business days they might reply once every few days (It's not always like this to be honest). Now they even gave me their whatsapp so i could have fast communication, promising me to put me in a group with the technical experts(no group seen so far), and even on whatsapp it still takes days a message. From the customer support i've heard it could be a "virus". lol? So Nginx / PhpMyAdmin / Apache / Firefox is now a virus? LMAO
