yeah, you can't even withdraw the invested amount to your bank. You have to spend on them only again.

I started using it when they first moved into BTW and added a lot of money, but in the past two months, their service has been getting worse and worse. I will not add new funds, just hope to quickly use up my funds.
When you use their refill services, you are likely to encounter daily requests for refill, but the support will only reply repeatedly without refill. After 7 days, I said I will complain to them on BTW before they can proceed with the partial. This has happened many times, and no one will wait for 7 days for it.

Now, they have also closed the ticket without refill or partial. Their support does not follow up on orders, but requires client to repeat their requests every day, wasting too much time here.
