Hello,
MY REVIEW:
I did a test order with link addicts. (Niche edit).
You can use their broker service (which I did, this cost me $40 for both the content and for them to get in touch with the webmaster).
The order was placed on the 3rd of May and delivered today which is the 5th. The link is on a relevant page on a travel site which is what I asked for.
For me, a positive experience and I would use them again for sure. Bear in mind though you have to pay a low monthly fee for credits which unlocks the websites that you can guest post or have niche edits placed on.

Thank you for the review credits. This is such a labor saver the cost in time and/or money. 100% worth it and I already signed up for a monthly subscription!
A couple of features I would really like to see for people like me that are a little pickier about link placements is the ability to star or mark listings in some way so that I can get a few picked out and start doing outreach in a batch. Also, I would really like to be able to hide websites that I wouldn't want to place a link on ever. It just comes with the territory when a website is willing to take payment for a guest post some of them get spammed to death or are just a link farm posing as a personal blog.

Initially, I tried out Link Addicts with just the ten unlocks and was so impressed that I upgraded to a lifetime access package. This service is fantastic - the database is not just good, but great. A significant percentage of the sites receive high traffic, with many in the 50+ to 70+ DA range and relevant to my (or any other) niche. If I were offering these links to clients, I would easily charge $250 or more per link, in addition to placement costs.
I just used their broker service for a niche edit, as I had too much going on last week. The broker got the link placed on a relevant page of a high-traffic site with a DR72, DA60 and over 50k monthly traffic, all for a $40 fee. If you're like me, and most other SEOs who are still working full-time, this is a huge time saver to find real guest posts. Honestly, I rarely get a placement where money doesn't change hands quietly behind the scenes. Does it happen sure all the time but typically those come when you're already ranked not when you're doing outreach.
The total cost of my recent link was $70+40, but you could easily place 1-3 guest posts a week for a year without running out of sites or paying more than $150 per link (and if you're paying that much it's going to a great link). I highly recommend this service if you want to save some time and achieve long-term success with SEO. And if you don't like writing outreach emails to an already pre-vetted database make chatgpt do it for you like I did with this review
