Op shows with just one account, but idk how true is that. I don't know if mods approved by checking just the earnings or did they take into account the accounts as well. Also yes, you need to post a link in the bio. For the account growth method, it is just posting videos and getting followers. I wouldn't say this is some magical method as I was already doing this, but those who don't know will definitely find it useful.
Recommended for newbies and for those who are getting into IM.

What are the payment methods? For example, paypal is banned in my country, if only paypal is paid, it won't work for me.
