Anything illegal is not welcome. Please follow land of the land of the hosting service you buy. So, if you buy Singapore hosting, your content hosted there should be compliant with Singapore laws.

I have been using their service on the Cloud Pro plan for over a year, hosting seven websites on their servers.
Unfortunately, two of my websites received DMCA complaints. So, what did they do?
They shut down all seven of my websites without any prior notification or explanation! Naturally, I opened a support ticket, but the support team initially treated it as a technical issue. After 24 hours, they finally claimed that the abuse team had taken action against all my websites due to the DMCA complaints.
While their cloud service itself is decent, the way they manage such situations is unacceptable. If you’re considering them, I strongly advise you to stay away.
Here’s a snippet of one of my conversations with their support team after I asked them to migrate my websites to one of their DMCA-free servers:

This is my review for anyone who might be interested.
Thank you for your write-up. Here's my two cents:
1. You chose Cloud hosting which was not DMCA ignored - we never mentioned Cloud hosting as DMCA ignored, neither is Web hosting in USA, Germany or Singapore - only the Luxembourg location is DMCA ignored even in Web hosting. So even though you knew that this location and product range is not DMCA ignored, you continued to use the service for illegal activity, which we have to act upon due to pressure from datacenter partners.
2. The migration charges are not arbitrary, unlike what you beleive. We charge migration fees for every new client who purchases Web hosting. The charges are also clearly present in the sales page of our website. Spending hours to migrate data for a $9/year service is absolutely not worth it due to the expense for the company even if you hire people from offshore countries - we would rather not sell hosting at all because it will eat all profits involved if migration is done for free in those ranges. This $5 per website charge is clearly mentioned in our Web hosting page in the FAQ section -> https://cenchu.net/web-hosting/ and it is not like we're scamming you. We charge everyone the same - many people in BHW can attest to that and some customers even paid $60 for just migration, even though they bought only a $18 per year package.
I do not want to say that you were wrong - that's not my intention. We may have very well did something wrong, and I will take my time to understand what went wrong and how it could have been done better. But there isn't much we can do when a pressing issue occurs that risk 1000s of other accounts in the platform should the DC turn our servers off - given that, I would say we did manage to give you 48 hour time to download the data without deleting as soon as DC pressed this issue.
