The content in the book is definitely very useful and not something you're going to easily find for free on the web.
It's well worth $80. You could easily sell this for $300-$500 with the right marketing to the larger SEO market, and even at that price it would be money well spent, so $80 is a steal. Really, if you can't afford $80 to learn how to do good keyword research, you have absolutely no business doing SEO in the first place.
