Nah he can't because after almost a month, i got like 10 followers. Was told a video with 0 views was "low quality" after being told it was perfect before it was posted.

even if my videos are low quality I should be getting at least 200 views. All the videos I gave him are the same style that my old account got 1-10k views on WITHOUT BEING BANNED AFTER AROUND 3 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF SPAM.

"Mmm but did you text with my worker? " was his response when i said somthing about how i got 10 followers and no views the whole month. Even if i didn't post more than 3-5 times i would have more views/followers than what i was provided if the tiktok was not SB.

Horrible experience with this guy, rude and bad clients service. 100% waiste of $ imo.
he only got clients cause he used the brand name of TopG / Andrew Ttate , but service was a 1 star , 1 out of 10% ,
quality of product as well was crap
but mosty communication bad, and rude. in my case i wouldnt call it a 100% scam, but worst quality i encountered in years , no wonder it was crypto payments only!
My review about the service is : NOTHING one cant do by themselves.
