Update: Avoid this host If you are doing CPA. These guys cancelled my 2 hosting accounts altogether while an abuse complaint is received on a single domain in one hosting account. No email was received about the abuse complaint. They directly suspended the hosting accounts without any notice. They refused to give me the backups also.

What's the purpose of advertising as offshore and client friendly if they can't send a simple email about the complaint and asking for explanation.

Here is this company saying they side with the client when an issue rises --

But they did nothing.
