Hey, just wanted to give my review regarding the purchase that I made from Andrew,

It totally depends on the whim of Facebook, sometimes it may blocklist the website, sometimes not, and I haven't found any correlation with the type of account.

Can I use VPN instead of proxy to run the account?

As a rule, VPN is more suspicious for Facebook if other people can use the same VPN (which means there already were tons on Fb accounts blocked on this IP).
If you make your own VPN and no one else is using it - then it should be fine.
