I made a custom order (tier 1 + tier 2) with tier 2 links also containing web 2 links (around 2 weeks ago). For tier 1 web 2 sites, I provided my own articles. He took time to add unique articles (AI generated) to tier 2 web 2.0s as well. I am seeing over 60-70% web 2 sites (tier 1) links showing up in Ahrefs backlink explorer now. This has added to the domain rating and link diversification for my site. We also remained connected through Skype and he was ready for various customization options as well.

He has a range of options to build a tiered linked structure and he also over delivers as well .
