My first release being done is for my new PR agency listing the outlets your PR can distribute to, but I'm getting this message:

let me address each issue you submitted.
First the support link, sorry about that. Thank you for noticing that. This was on oversight in one of our latest system updates.
The support link on the left hand side works correctly. We will fix the upper right menu. If it is not working when you return to the dashboard, please use the link "support" on the left menu.
As far as the press release in need of revision. Our press releases are published on the networks as we described, that does not seem to be the issue here. We have not misstated our distribution.
Each PR has guidelines set by the news outlets. You can review these guidelines here, https://release.media/editorial-guidelines/. The PR you referenced was not accepted because the news outlets deemed it non-newsworthy. PRs should not be promotional in nature, but rather the subject should be news like announcements.
Each PR goes through a third party editorial review, and the editors are simply asking you to remove the specific news outlet references you made. The editors felt these references were not appropriate for a PR.
Please note that over 90% of PRs submitted are published across the full network of news outlets. However all PRs are subject to editorial reviews and PRs that do not meet guidelines may be returned or missing a few of the outlets. This usually is not the case.
If your PR is returned you can revise it and submit again. Any unpublished PR will be refunded.
