i am doing outbound marketing for my domains
and i have problem that my emails go to spam folder

This ebook summarizes how to warm up tour IP by setting emails with the proper sending schedules. So yes, it will help to some extent.

Please understand that other things come into place to avoid landing your emails in the spam folder. For example, avoid spammy keywords in your email copy, proper DNS configuration as to MX records, DKIM, SPF, Dmarc etc. Also you will need a properly configured email sender + SMTP server as your list grows bigger.

This is a concise guide that quickly summarizes how to do the Warm-up in schedules. If you have taken care of other necessary things like avoiding spammy keywords and properly configured SMTP servers, then you should be hitting the inbox by week 3-4 steadily.

But I can't say anything about sending 20k spam or how long it will take them to ban your IP. I encourage sending clean emails that genuinely help as this mostly deliver the best results. At the end, its up to you. No harm in testing things out.
