I had a bad experience with this seller. I ordered Semrush, Moz Pro and Office 2021 Pro Plus. It's not about the wait, although the seller brags about delivering licenses and accounts almost instantly. It's about the appaling customer service, "customer service", I had. Even aggressive at times.
  1. The Moz Pro account delivered is a free trial account for 30 days of Moz Pro, freely available on moz.com. Yeah, my bad maybe, I should have checked before paying 4 bucks for a service that's free. And the seller pretended to "not understanding" my question on why I paid for a free trial account.
  2. The Office license did not work. Before ordering I messaged them on Whatsapp asking if it's activated online or by phone. Their answer: "web". After seeing the license can't be activated online, I contacted them again. Waited for a solution, only to be told their licenses must be activated by phone. OK, let's try this. Went through all the automated process of finding the activation prerecorded messages, tapped all the number groups Microsoft asked for, and then I heard the license can't be activated because it reached the maximum number of devices it's been activated on. The same error I had when trying to activate online. Contacted them again, and they somehow made it my fault, saying the error when activating on the phone was because I previously tried online. After being told by them to activate by phone. I asked for a refund for this not working license, and they said they will refund if the license doesn't work, and according to their "clearly stated" t&c's. No refund so far.
  3. And Semrush Guru. I received a free trial account again. Yes, 30 days when the usual Semrush offers is 7-14 days. But after searching I found Semrush affiliates offering the 30 days Guru free trial.
So to recap, paid 4 bucks for a free Moz Pro trial, paid 8 bucks for a free Semguru trial, and 7 bucks for an Office license that couldn't be activated.

So this is my review of their services. I really don't recommend dealing with them.

But we have already explained all the situations to you. You bought 30 days of semrush and 30 days of moz pro from us. And we delivered these products to you. There are no problems with the products.

We told you that there is an update for the Office license and that we can refund you.

I don't understand why you're vilifying us, but you're still free.
 
1. I have not received a replacement ("immediate", right...) nor an "immediate" refund. You're kidding.
2. What exactly am I saying wrong when I say you are charging users for free trial accounts of Moz Pro and Semrush Guru? And how is that "vilifying" you?

I'm not going to beat around this anymore, life is too short to argue with small-time swindlers. But I appreciate the fact that other potential buyers will know what and who they are dealing with.

In my case, it's going to be either refund or chargeback.

No, whatsapp messages are right after the date you purchased the product, and we have already told you that we can issue a refund at that time. We're not afraid of you taking the matter to BHW anyway. Because we don't lie to anyone, or scam anyone. When this sales thread is opened on BHW, it goes through moderator approval. Their account has already been seen by moderators. Anyone who buys it knows it's a free trial account. This is the blackhat forum. That's why we don't understand what you mean, because we haven't come across such a question before.

weBrowser is for manual operations. weTube may be enough for you.
 
Just ordered a Semrush Guru 30 days account, seller agreed to receive crypto via Binance and delivered the account right after, thanks!

Trading view is advertised as 30 days but it stopped working after 14 days. OP was really responsive but stopped replying after that.

I also bought a cashapp account they guaranteed would work for $60 and then it's not working and they stopped replying...
