You just need to enter your wordpress with xmlrpc path, your admin login details. The path is usually : http://mysite.com/xmlrpc.php

Yes it does but it unblocks quickly too. You can always use proxies to avoid blocks.

You can enter upto 1000 URLs but it seems that you replied to a wrong thread thinking of a backlink service.
