Its a good list that will defo save you some time and lots of money

If you're an SEO agency it will definitely be the best value for you as a mix of niches

the 2 niches I mainly cover had around 12 sites to go out, that's without the general sites that might have a niche category I can use

so defo worth the money as you are getting niche edits here at a good 75% cheaper than on sale around these parts

• Over a dozen of different niches and websites types (personal blogs, news & magazine, etc)
• Data included in the spreadsheet: Website URL, Niche, Referring Domains (RDs), Traffic (US), Traffic (ALL), Domain Rating (DR), Email, and Price.
• Regarding the data...
  • RDs: From 200+ to 96,000+
  • Traffic (US): From 35 to 300,000+
  • Traffic (ALL): From 500+ to 400,000+
  • DR: From 8 to 77
  • Prices: From $10 to $350

Final Thoughs

I was intrigued at first by this type of service but now that I had some time to process I believe it has value even with a price tag fixed at $98.

I know OP is offering a discount so make sure to ask for it.

Having the contact information of 400 websites that accepts niche blogs with all that data and insights related to traffic, DR, and price, I think it´s a time saver AND money saver.

• Do I recommend OP and his service? - FOR SURE!
• Do I believe it adds value? - FOR SURE!
• Should I think YOU should buy this? - If you´re looking to build backlinks to your site, I truly believe you should at the very least, consider purchasing this list.
  • I can´t state how many websites are within reach of the niches to say it´s more valuable FOR YOU but with 400 websites, I am sure you will find dozens of options targeting YOUR particular nice.
  • If, on the other hand, are building a "not so normal" or "standard" niche, then I highly recommend you to contact OP BEFORE purchasing and ask him for some more details about it.

The purchase and download was seamless. Spreadsheet is simple but organised and initial observation is that there is some great value here. Would have to assume the prices and contact emails are up to date, but i can see there are a number of sites on the list that sellers on here and elsewhere are charging big dollars for a niche edit.
