Same here, I was actually going to leave a review stating this very thing. It's been 5 days and not a single link has been processed. On March 12th I sent a ticket asking about how long it will take and their response was "Sorry for the delay. We are experiencing heavy work load kindly have patience order will be process soon. Thanks!" So they don't have an exact date when they'll start processing orders again. "Soon" could be 2 weeks from now.

I sent a reply to the ticket 2 days ago and still haven't gotten a response back. Also, their tickets are publicly available, meaning anyone with a link to your ticket can read the content of your ticket without having to login which is a huge security risk if sensitive details are being shared in a ticket.

I'll wait a few more days but if my order does not get fulfilled in a reasonable time frame I will contact a mod to hopefully get this issue situated. They have a no refund policy but If you haven't delivered the service, then you have to provide a refund.
