I received a review copy from @BlackShield PBN service.
He provided 5 PBN backlinks coming from 5 PBNs that were placed within posts related to my niche/keyword.
Metrics are as described and will add diversity to my sites backlinks profile.
Overall I am pretty pleased - I would only recommend to the owner to issue SSL certificates to his PBNs.

Spam Score: 9% / 16% / 72% / 78%

My review
I was fortunate to get a review copy for 5 links.
The content is written in pretty good English, passes copyscape and AI detection. The articles have one image and the anchors are within the text as requested. The sites are a few years old, DA between 16 and 21, indexed in google. The sites are a bit simple, but for $3 a post it is fine. Recommended!

I have received 5 free posts linking to my site in a multiple niche topic blogs, and this is my review of this service
The pros:
1. Posts are not AI detectable, which is uncommon nowadays
2. Word count is adequate, around 500-700 words per article on average
3. On average, domains have 3 years age, not recently created expired domains at least
4. Two images per article given the number of words, feels adequate
5. 3 out of the 5 sites, enable homepage links given the format of the template, which is good for PBN links
The cons:
1. The themes are the classic WP theme without many curlicues, more on the spartan side, without barely any design
2. The content is low quality in terms of readability. When reading them, they feel like spinned articles.
3. None of them have SSL certicates, which is kind of strange nowadays where SSL with Lets Encrypt is kind of straightforward
4. OBL is big but not massive, on average more than 200 per domain, like any other Guest Post page.
5. Domain real authority is low, since most incoming links are from redirects, forum and blog comments, no real quality incoming links.
6. Niches are generic, they write mostly about anything under the sun.
7. Domains are not very powerful. Some have wikipedia links, but on average they are on the lower side. O/I Linking Ratio is under 1 for all domains.
Overall, some linking domains feel worthy, others are not, and given the high OBL, I would not use this for a money site, although I think they are adequate for a Tier 1, given the price per link (around $2/link atm)
