Ok so stick IPs I assume you mean data center or ISP IPs. Dudes... this is bad... they get burned very fast.
Mobile 4G IPs are behaving like a phone. Which mean the mobile provider gives an IP when ever it needs. Like a real phone user would get.
So in term of Sticking. In general the IP stay until you stop using for a few seconds. Then the provider switch the IP.
Mobile IPs are undetectable. It makes you look like a phone so it is really really good for scrappers and bots.
