Does it have to be installed on a server or a webhosting account? If is installed on server level, then will it automatically speed up any website that runs on the particular server? what about your script's interaction with cloudflare or proxy services? Will it create any problems? and does it work on wordpress (already live websites).

The script is server-level. It will have no interactions with Cloudflare or proxy service whatsoever. It was created specifically for WordPress.

dude, I don't have a second account. and yes, I create a BHW account and was not interacting much. This is the first time in interacting.

I tried implementing the code on my VPS server and nothing worked.

Im going to give my honest review after everything works out. Until then, I would like to keep my review the same

Uh oh, it appears the well-intentioned @RoiBox had a great misunderstanding of what Lightning-Fast Website is. But, I must also take some of the blame as I did not make this clear enough.

I did understand your book fully, thats why I wrote "so if you do not want to upgrade to a vps or server, this is NOT for you." where in that statement did I misunderstood your book?
