I spoke with this guy on Skype after confirming it was the correct person via BHW and sent him BTC payment for verified BM. He then claimed his "boss" only accepts 2 order minimum per customer and gave me the option of buying more at a discount or getting a refund.
This set off alarm bells and I asked for the refund. The seller then proceeded to ignore me (he read the messages).
