They buy accounts from one specific Russian forum (i'm not telling the URL since it is againts the Rules) for $5-$10 per account, then resell them on here for $30-$60.

They turn a big profit - up to 150% per account.

I'm not sure how their Marketplace thread got approved. Searching up their Telegram or Skype ID reveals where they get accounts from and for how much.
