This is a scam! You have to credit your account with MINIMUM 399 ₽ (Ruble) which are 86.88 Dollars.
Good luck with that to use this for under one dollar sms.

Seems that they are reselling sms-activate.ru with ~10% markup.

At least I got the same numbers but this service has higher price for about 10%.

They are just resellers of sms-activate or they use the same sim source but with higher prices.

in any way - can't recommend.
