My order has been incomplete for 4 months. They have witheld the funds.
1 week ago I provided a address to send it to, they say "it was sent".. but provided no proof.
They also claim to have refunded me but only sent me 50% and kept 50% even though the platform never worked.
MY account still shows a balance as well.
They are lying about my refund, claimed they sent me my funds -15% but then they say they sent my refund back -50% ( i received nothing).
I have responded to your inbox message but you should resolve the issues first before taking on new clients in this thread.
My issue is still not resolved and they are still taking on new clients but have the most terrible customer support.
I have received my refund within 48 hours of posting my dispute in this thread.

Many come in PM and get refunded in 24 hrs as here we reply thrice a week but faster replies in PM. Also, there is a time difference involved within all team
I would advise you to talk patiently to the team while doing business. And 21$ is nothing we would do scam. We get millions of orders daily, so scamming one person won't be fruitful. I hope you know what I mean.
We are here to business not to scam anyone. Also, I was sending you an update as soon as I was getting it. Within 24 hrs anyone who tells someone has an issue gets reverted promptly but in PM, not on the thread.

after I bring my dispute here they finally answered and refunded most of my orders, asked for address to refund my balance, but when i asked after hours of waiting when it will be finally sent, no reply until now and no money in my wallet
so as for now balance is not refunded to my wallet, I still wait from more then 2 days for 1 refill, 1 cancelation and finally my refund
I also get my balance refunded to my crypto wallet, as requested 75$ - so I am made hall in the end,
it could be much faster and easier for both sides only if support could be more helpful, listen and try to really help and not playing waiting games all the time using automated responses
just to summarize
all went ok, i got 60K delivered in 2 weeks, but after Twitter update or any other black swan all started to drop and finally i was back at the start count and waiting game started, i had to create 20 tickets to finally end up on forum with this dispute and ready to start shitlist
if something like Twitter update happens just refund if there are problems with last orders and don't accept new once until issue is resolved, that's it

The result was your choice. I have attached the screenshot of the stats of the service you chose. theses stats are given on the website. And customer service agents always recommend service that is working better.
And as mentioned, threat is a word used by imbeciles. Anyone can tell politely in a business manner. Anyhow, all is well that ends well.

No its not with all services its just with the services they mentioned that they have drops. U did not check drops %? But yes ofcourse for the droping services they take time to refill or refund. but to avoid its better choose services with better stats.
