Most of them pages are indexed in google.
Yes my service gives a boost and can index your urls in google. not sure about ahrefs
All the backlinks will show up(roughly 10% of what i make) will be shown at ahrefs and it can take upto 4 weeks to index

GSA includes all types of GSA links low quality and high quality
Building so much links you are saying about churn and burn.
I have did it to dozens of site so much backlinks in short time.
You can proceed with that if you dont care much about penalties.
But as far as deindexing is concerned it is unlikely going to happen. Mean no matter how much links you make in short time i never seen any of the site got deindexing. But yeh some rankings can be altered either bad or good
If you have no rankings just go for it. nothing to worry i will push backlinks wherever i can.
