Yes, you can use it on PayPal. I am not sure about the countries, never had problems with PayPal.

Your clients are asking for acknowledgement via telegram. Do business via PM and they will not have to do that.

Yes, you're right. But most of my clients are contacting me directly in Telegram, some don't have an account on BHW at all and for their convenience and fast communication they prefer to chat in Telegram.

When we see issues on the forum as to outside contact conversations we do request you keep the BHW members on the forum via PM or whatever works for you and them.

I never said to a customer to move a conversation from the forum's PM to Telegram, but like 90% of the contacts to me are made directly to Telegram. I have clients communicating and doing business with me only through the forum's PMs.
I suggest everyone to PM me on the forum(not to comment on my thread to bump it) to be sure that he is talking to me in Telegram and to be sure that this is me. Is it okay to continue to do it in that way? I believe that I am complying the rules, reducing the scamming by people making fake accounts and keeping the convenient and fast communication with my clients.
For example, a client today verified that he is talking to me on Telegram via the forum and before paying me and I sent him the order in the forum's PM.
I confirm.
