Hey guys,
I tested Jamie's website, here are a few thoughts:

1) The use / workflow is very simple and straightforward / intuitive to use.

2) It's not a site that gets you backlinks straightaway - you gotta be able to persuade the websites/bloggers on the database to be willing to give you a back link in guestpost or something.

3) The site helps create a some format for an email blast to your selected websites as an outreach effort. I did not try that function yet.

4) In its current form, its very helpful as it provides you with a great list of suggestions on where you might want to put a good quality comment.
