i havent left a review because i dont like leaving negative reviews. ppcmaster, i can see that u are providing compensation to others whom have obviously experienced at least some of the problems i did, and yet i still havent received even the courtesy of a response for weeks now and still havent received all the articles paid for!
after waiting for more than 3 weeks for an order that i expected would take 5 days and then finally after many delays and broken promises, requiring me to have to chase you up again and again otherwise i get no communication, finally received most articles with a large number of those articles being completely off topic (ie not related to the keyword at all or keyword changed as mentioned by another member above), having what appears to be scraped content, poor grammar which required much correction and having the same problems as others with excuses of suddenly writers went on holidays or unavailable and yet u still continue to accept orders and dont even communicate with ur existing customers?
my order was for 50 articles and after paying a higher price for articles with less words (some articles didnt even reach the 400 word count advertised by ur service!), than other providers here at BHW, i expected much more, at least the professionalism of following up customer communication so i dont have to come here and write this in a public forum!
ppcmaster, my patients has run out, i would like a return email with what u are going to do to fix this situation and at the very least provide the full order i paid for.
