I have been working with Josh for a while. This review I am doing is not requested. I just felt like giving my opinions and sharing my experience doing business with Josh.
I have purchased well over 1100 unique articles from Josh in the past couple of months. In addition, I also had him to create some link wheels, provided me with some VAs, did forums and blogs commenting, articles submission...etc., In short, I did a lot of content-related services and outsourcing options with him and his business/team.
Out of all the articles I've purchased, I would say about 2-3% of them didn't pass CopyScape. But that's not an issue here because not everyone is perfect and mistakes do happen especially when you are in the management role trying be perfect on everything your team members do. It all comes down to the attitude and the actions that you take to deal with unexpected issues in a business relationship. And Josh has done an excellent customer service in terms of that. Things have always been corrected quickly.
Josh is always open to suggestions and willing to work with you on any content/outsourcing-related tasks. He will work with you on your ideas and the service fee has always been reasonable.
The truth is, if you have ever done any outsourcing, you'd know that its not easy to get things done exactly the way you want. Say if you are to hire a VA to do Craigslist posting, obviously the person won't be able to follow 100% exactly what you want to have done on the first couple of tries. If the person can do that, he'd be doing that for himself and won't be working as a VA with low pay.
Things are never perfect as unexpected things pop up from time to time. Also, I am a strong believer in "you get what you pay for". The quality of work from him and his team is very reasonable in my opinion, but in addition, the follow-up service and communication from him is exceptional.
If you are a serious Internet marketer looking for assistance on time-consuming tasks such as writing articles, link wheels, VAs, blog commenting, forums commenting...etc., I highly recommend his services.
