Whats worse, you are not replying to my (rightful?) mails asking about status and why i haven't received the articles on the agreed deadline...

Sorry about the inconvenience caused. We just sent you 8 of 10 articles and the remaining 2 articles will follow in the next few.

I am not sure if Venu communicated this to you, but we are recovering from a major system issue here at ContentYogi. While we had most of the orders completed and QCd, we had no way to get to those articles. We are getting back on our feet this week. We have stopped taking new orders until we sort this mess.
