Placed an order for a 750 - 1250 word article with Surfer SEO optimisation on 14/04 and received a ~2000 word article, with images and copy scape screen shot on 18/04 - so in terms of TAT, 4 days is good going, especially considering price.
In terms of quality of the article and how well it was written - I would describe the experience of the writer as someone who who has learnt the language and can speak if very well, however clearly not native.
The added benefit of the article having been optimised with surfer seo and the length of the article. For the price they are asking is very good value.
For me on my site, i would not class it as "money site" quality that i would be prepared to publish. however for PBN and buffer pages, this service will suit you well.

I wouldn't use this on a money site, but it has given me a few ideas for what to add in when I get to write the article myself.
