The report was delivered in PDF format using MediaFire Link. (+1). Moreover, the PDF file was beautiful, had bunch of details along with the link, anchor, metrics, personal details among the few. It appeared that he had spent sometime in crafting the report, which appeared pretty good.

Well, I got review copy from the Site #1. The stats of the site are:
As you can see, the site is pretty decent, has strong metrics and receives lot of organic traffic, and is updated daily. The organic traffic mentioned on the sales thread is from Semrush. I didn't checked that, since I prefer Ahrefs mostly. Moreover, it has around 10k+ pages indexed on Google. The content was decent enough, was written manually and no sign of it being spun.
Indexing:
The link was indexed on the same day it was posted. This happens usually with most of the G news sites, which is pretty good.
