i was interested but when i saw this rule for paypal payments i left the panel, only a scam panel would use these rules about paypal. including the nosense fee, paypal doesn't charge friends and family payments, for commercial transactions it charges the 3,4%+0,34 cents for transaction, so 10% is nosense:

My review of this service
I got $0.5 test credit from OP and also added about $25 to the panel to test out some YT services
The YT watch time no refill had a drop rate of over 70%. Took 3 days, ended around 600 watch time and was marked complete. At the end a waste of time and money. I made 2 more orders and it was a bigger mistake. I never got pass 900 watch time. The chat rep I complained to said I shouldn't have made multiple orders. And promised to cancel one. The last two orders were canceled and the credit funds never returned. When I reached out to them again they said refunding is a long process. I wonder why it should, you are only adding credits back to the account. It's 5 days now so I've figured out I probably will wait the rest of my life to get it. No point bothering anymore about it.
The YT subscribe with refill was delivered fast but it had a huge drop rate. I lost all the subscribers at a point. After 2 refills, I have just about 35% of the subs and there is still a chance I could still lose some. Good thing about this one is the refill button is still there. You probably will refill 10 times to get half the number you want.
The YouTube Suggested View was delivered fast and it is good. It did also help push up one video in rank and it also included some likes which was great. Ended up the only thing I did not regret buying from this panel and possibly the only thing I might keep on buying.
Support was also poor, though the chat bot says we reply immediately, they reply only when they want or is convenient for them.
Take away the YouTube Suggested View, every other order left me dissapointed.
No point saying I won't bother with them anymore.

I got 1 refund and since I could not withdraw it I bought his recommended youtube watchtime service. 3 days running and watchtime keeps decreasing rather than increasing.
If you are looking to buy Youtube watch time stay far away from this guy. You will be paying him to waste your time. Absolutely a shitty service. What he provides is Youtube Waste time and not watch time.
