I got this as a review copy.
Site looks good and most important it has traffic from google. Ahrefs reports over 20k/month and semrush over 40k/month. This is always a good sign in my book. The site has adsense on it and I can see a bunch of guest posts on it. Nevertheless, it ranks on first page for over 1000 keywords.
The article is decent. It could be a re-write as 1-2 words are synonyms for what it's usually used in this niche. However, the article looks researched and it it can be of good use for readers. Before publishing the article, he sent it to me for approval. So, all went great.
As for OP, he is communicative.
Overall: This is one of the few services that claim to deliver guest and it does what it claims. Others that I have tested are in the best case dead sites and in worst case pbns advertised as guest posts.

It seems to have been around for many years and it has a healthy traffic pattern.
The content is good.
It was sent to me for approval before it was posted and I didn't need to request any edits.
My link was placed right at the top of the article and it had an authority link placed in there as well, so that was nice.
