My monetization plugin stopped working a couple of years ago so I can’t tell you how much money you can make right now, but I can tell you how much traffic I still receive: between 25k and 50k visits each day across all sites according to WP statistics (about 13-14k unique visitors each day).

Hi everyone, my websites are still for sale, but it appears the WP statistics plugin I installed on my sites is not accurate (or at least gives very different statistics from Google analytics), so I would not count on the traffic numbers I mentioned earlier (some sites may still receive a bit of traffic, but others nothing).

Because of this and because I want to get rid of these sites fast, I’m decreasing the price to $4,000. Anything else I said in the original post still holds, so to sum up, basically you’d be buying 240 domain names of almost ten years of age, with a big list of emails and maybe a bit of traffic. No SEO done on them, so great potential.

Hello everyone,

I’m selling my full portfolio of websites. It used to make me good money in the good old days (~ $8,000 / month), but not anymore and I don’t have the time to take care of it, I have other projects with my life now.

So I’m selling 240 Wordpress websites (domain names + content + newsletter subscribers).

Domain names are .com (53%), .net (36%), and .org (9%), .info and .fr (2%), most of them first registered between 2012 and 2015 (by me, only one owner). Domain names are optimized for a main keyword, and in no special niche (I have a bit of everything, health, pets, money making, weight loss...). Godaddy valuation tool reports a total value of $130,000 (of course godaddy overestimates by a lot, but it shows domain names are not how-to-train-your-beautiful-dog-123.com )

Websites are Wordpress websites, they are all up-to-date and with no non-sense plugins (usually just akismet and statistics...). Most of them contain thousands of posts targeting long tail keywords. Content was generated by AI algorithms, so it doesn’t make much sense for humans but it is original for search engines and many posts rank. I also have a couple of sites with posts written by humans. 90% of sites are in english, 5% spanish, 5% french.

No external SEO done on the sites but because they are so old and have so many posts they all have a couple hundreds backlinks.

Some websites have a newsletter with a database of subscribers (I got their email in exchange of free products, but I NEVER emailed them after that, email marketing was not my thing). Across all sites I have 127,000 subscribers. Plenty of value here for people who know how to send emails.

In case you need inspiration, ideas on how you can monetize all that:

• just keep the domains, wait for them to get more value and sell them in a few years
• redirect all traffic to one of your money websites
• cloak clickbank offers directly
• use the sites as your own PBN
• sell backlinks to other people
• look at the main pages receiving traffic, replace them with content written by humans, then monetize with adsense
• send affiliate offers to the subscribers
• ...

In general, I think it’s a good opportunity for someone willing to get into internet marketing without starting from scratch, or for someone who already owns a portfolio and wants to add a little bit of diversity with 6-8 years old sites.
