From my experience with Instagram DMs , no , 20k would not be enough for 5k followers. You'd need around 250 - 300k

Interested in your service. Is 20k the lowest number of DM you can offer? Message me in private what payment options do you offer.
 
Just a side note, we are not using stolen/hacked accounts. Always make sure this is the case when you hire these services, as it could get you into trouble.
