Some HARO Campaigns (especially large ones like yours.. you've ordered over 80) can take up to 3 months - you were already told this within your campaign thread I can see here, if they were quick everyone would be doing them and there would be no need for a service like this.. please contact your campaign manager within each order screen for an update - as you haven't reached out to him at all.. first sign of you being unhappy is this comment here, we can't help or let you know what's going on unless you ask like you did with the TAT originally, thanks!

@t0mmy this is wrong. no where do I see 3 months being mentioned.
I don't see it in campaign thread too and nor on the sales page. Please be honest and honor your words about Refunds. When ordering, I trusted what was written on the sales page in marketplace and I was never told about the deadline and never was I updated about the progress. Now it is your company's responsibility to deliver orders in given time period else what is the purpose of mentioning TAT and offering refunds.
I didn't ask for refund at 6 weeks but waited for more than 10 weeks so as to give time to your team.
I would never order again from you and won't recommend anyone if you won't honor your words.

You don’t see it because you ordered our platinum package which isn’t even live here on bhw or on our site yet - you grabbed it from our client backend. So you didn’t buy what was advertised here, you bought a much much bigger and more time consuming package! No one is out to scam or defraud you here bud, you basically ordered 3 times what we advertise right now.. naturally it’s going to take us 3 times longer to fulfil.
Conor has already explained this to you today, had you ordered the publicly displayed package then the tat stated would be the one we would have adhered to.. you’ve ordered 80 rather than 20 so naturally the TAT has increased x 3, a lot of work and time has already gone into your campaign so a refund is out of the question at this stage.
Conor gave you an update around 4 weeks ago which you’ve left out of your screenshots, he explained exactly what I have above about the product page TATs being for the 20 package.. you grabbed 80.
Conor has today again explained all this in great detail to you though and asked that you direct your questions to him as he’s your campaign manager, so I’m not sure why you’re repeating yourself here.
Further more.. you got these at almost 50% off which we don’t even offer on these HARO campaigns now, they are like our editorial links - hard work so the maximum discount we can give is 20%, you got in at the right time before I changed it after seeing the work load involved!
