So I received a review copy from @White Label SEO , The report contains 3 high DR backlinks from authority websites. The content was well written with perfect link placement.
I would say with google stacks these links are excellent for ranking inner pages.

Here is my Review.
Report
The report was given to me on an Excel Spreadsheet in MediaFire upload. It was easy to follow as the tabs contain what was given. E.g Google Authority Stack, DR link etc etc.
Links
I received 3 High DR links, 95,91,87, metrics was as advertised.
My Google Stack Tab was blank so (clarifying with OP if that was intention or not, Will Update if it isn't and provide my review on those links)
So my Review currently would be solely on the High DR Links
Indexing
As of current point in time, nothing has been indexed, I am not surprised either, I did receive the report just 24hrs ago.
Content
This was not a spun article. Possibly copywritten, as it was not unique. 41% on 1 article with 12 matching from 7 sources. Never less, the articles does make sense, KWs were placed in the article nicely without being akward or forced.
Once again, for the price you are getting, i am not surprised in any way.
Always do your due-dillegence with the seller to know about your articles being spun/copied or unique.
Possibility, if you want, you could talk with the seller to place your own articles instead.

No issues with TAT, was delivered in a timey manner.
Overall
These DR links are great links for diversity & for branding your site. The price for them + Google Stacks are super cheap, just $20, a bargain actually for what you are receiving. If you are a bit eh on the article not being unique, would suggest you provide your own.

I got 3 Web 2.0 links on Azure, AWS and VK as a review copy.
The TAT was pretty quick and I got the report in just over a day. The content was spun but the seller said that he was going to use spun content so that's not a problem. The anchors were inserted correctly and there were links to Wikipedia in addition to the links to my site.
Since the Google stack wasn't included, I can't comment on that but the 3 links I got were pretty good.

Received 3 high DR dufollow link in exchange for a Review.
The report was received in an Excel worksheet. I get no google stack, only 3 high DR web 2 link there.
The article was readable & 500+ words in length. Only 1 article comes with a related image.
No plagiarism issues found. Keyword was used naturally.
Overall It is a decent service for link diversity.
