For Product Descriptions can you choose word count? For example, can I choose between 100 words and 250 words?

Hmm, that's odd. The image is just hosted on imgur. I've just tested on 4 browsers and it seems to be showing fine on my side. Hopefully, it was just a temporary issue.
A blog posts template is currently in the works. In the meantime, the Content Expander template does a pretty good job at generating 4-5 sentences at a time on a topic. This way you can piece together an article paragraph by paragraph. It gives you a good amount of control over what you want to be included in the full article.
You might be able to use the SEO metatag template for that. It's available to try in the free trial.

The rewriter has a max character limit of 400 at the moment but generates around 10 different variations. I just tested 10 rewrite variations from one of my projects and 9 out of 10 passed Copyscape.
Here's an example of a rewrite (100% copyscape passed)
Original: If you want to lose weight, consider starting by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread, pasta and potatoes). This is an old idea: for 150 years or more there have been a huge number of weight-loss diets based on eating fewer carbs. What’s new is that dozens of modern scientific studies have proven that, yes, on average low carb can be the most effective way to lose weight.
Rewrite: If you really want to lose weight, you need to ditch the junk food and focus on eating real, whole foods. This is an old idea: since the late 1800s, there have been dozens of diets for weight loss, all based on avoiding carbs and fat. It will probably depend on the questions. Here's a quick test using the "Content Expander" template. This template expands 3 bullet points into a paragraph. Instead of bullet points, I used questions.

Question #2 - What are some tips for weight loss?
Question #3 - What are some healthy food choices for weight loss?
Output #1 - You will lose weight walking 2 miles per day if you’re doing it right. The amount of weight you’ll lose while walking 2 miles per day depends on your starting point and how many calories you burn. The best way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. This is a great question and I can answer it by sharing my own tips for weight loss. First, I would say that the most important thing to do for weight loss is to eat right and exercise. There are many things you can do to help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, but the most important thing is to think about your diet and what you eat.
Output #4 - The trick to losing weight is to create a calorie deficit. This means you need to be consuming fewer calories than you’re burning. Here are some tips for weight loss. You'll need to get into a routine where you eat healthy, work out, and drink lots of water. The best way to lose weight is by eating a well-balanced diet. Ha, I wish I could say I created it. This an official JV with the Copysmith team. I'm helping them get the word out. The founder will be watching this thread, but I'll be handling it. I knew there would be a lot of people here who could benefit from a tool like this.
I think the overall readability is pretty good. I'm not sure what's required by Adsense, but if you test the Content Expander template, it will generate 4-5 sentences based on 3 bullet points. That will give you a good idea of quality.
Currently, there is no option to choose word count, but I'll pass this idea along.

The coupon is listed in the first post. You can use the coupon "dreambig" for a recurring 10% off. The coupon should work on everything except the early adopter plan.
A.I. is getting very good, but I don't see it fully replacing humans anytime soon. We can also work with A.I. and use it to our advantage to free up time and increase income.

It would be great if the character amount could be increased a lot in the rewrite template, the quality is excellent but copying and pasting 400 character sections of an article would be very tedious

The character limit is set by OpenAI, but I'll pass this along to see if things can be improved here.
