Here's my experience:

1. Paid for a month using the discount code.
2. Mobile 5g proxy immediately doesn't work - cannot connect to it at all
3. Spoke with chat representative and they acknowledged the issue and said would get back to me as the developers were working on it
4. 4 hours later, still no response - went into chat and spoke with another rep.
5. 2nd rep said he redirected my proxy and it should be working now. Checked again, still not working
6. Completely lost confidence in the product at this point and asked for a cancellation/refund after wasting 4-5hours of downtime
7. Still waiting to see if they honor the refund...

He try to get me pay first too, because of this I always test the service first!, however they don't give me trial and they require some sort of KYC so I will pass
