Thank you @ToughSeoX for providing me 2 links review copy.
Both the sites have custom icons and themes, have all the necessary pages to look real.
Both the articles have more than 500 words and contain appropriate images with 1 link to my site and another to an authority site which is a good thing.
The site's domain authorities are 24 and 12 respectively, with TF and CF of 20+ of both.
Both sites have different IP addresses and whois privacy protected.
For 7$ per piece, this is really good and recommended for new bloggers and site creators.

For the content, I can say it's good for this price.
The domains: 3.5/5
Here is the metrics for the 2 domains that I received
- These domains not that strong and have little authority links with them.
- Now 5 days are gone after my posts published and for now, they are still not indexed!
Overall: 3.5/5
The service is pricy for the quality that I got with these links, Will I buy this service? My answer will No, low quality and pricy for its quality.

Content is Decent Quality
Domain 1 - Authority score of 25 on Semrush, Backlink 600+
Domain 2 - Authority Score of 0 on Semrush , Backlink 85+
Both sites dont have a SSL cert which needs to be fixed
But for the money its really a good deal
I am considering buying to power by 1st Tier just to be on a safer side
But they are good for Money Site too

First, this is a really long overdue review since the report was delivered to me in time however was on a road journey for more than 6 days and hence got delayed, sorry OP.
Content is readable but not exactly in the super-category but for the price, its should be a fair deal
I was given two links and the metrics of the sites are as below:
Though I am not a great fan of metrics, it is just for the guys who are into it.
I closely went through the referring domains of these 2 PBNs. The first domain had some real nice .edu links to go and a handful of them was still alive to the domains. The second domain had a handful of Wikipedia links which means there have been quite a few natural links built.
If all his domains hold such RDs then I am sure they can surely move rankings, i have no doubt on that.
One of the domain even showed in ahrefs to be ranking for some keywords and receiving traffic.
Only one point which I disliked and that was the sites were not on HTTPS, I would personally like few sites in the network to be on HTTPS.
