I don't think they can guarantee unique hits, though the delivery method (using traffic from expired domains) would generally produce unique hits I would think, unless you get lots of scrapers, etc.. hammering them which can waste a lot of your hits. They do say 'real human visitors', so we will see.
I think if the traffic is not unique, or not human (scrapers, etc.) we would hear about it already. Do yourself a favor and get a 10k sampler package, and give it a try. $7 isn't much if you get 10x that in return.

I received your order and email. The site you sent is an adult site. Traffic to adult sites costs a bit extra... the price $15 not $7. I sent you an email about this but I'll send you a PM as well. You can either provide a non adult site or you can pay the difference. If you choose to pay extra for the adult traffic I'm going to give you a $5 discount for the delay so the price will be $10 instead of $15. You'd only have to pay an additional $3 for adult traffic.

Yes, you will get some repeat IP's as well but the 10k that you pay for are unique visitors.
