@fatboy99, 10k for $7 is for our standard worldwide package. This traffic comes from a variety of worldwide sources. The traffic can be split up per day- but no per hour. For US only traffic the cost is $20 per 10k. Also, as a note US traffic must deliver at its own rate of 100 - 150 views per day. Let me know if you've got more questions.

@imhill, I can set you up with a campaign that provides a mix of traffic from all three of those countries. The cost for this is $20 per 10k. Also, this type of traffic generally takes a bit longer to deliver as we can't control the speed of delivery on geo-targeted traffic. You're looking at 100 - 150 views per day.
