I've been a customer for 5 large campaigns with ghazz and yes, it is completely Adsense safe. This traffic isn't for just clicking the ads (that's what will get you in trouble, not having traffic coming to your site.)
This is more for getting your Alexa ranking to drop, and it definitely will as I've had these visitors stay on my site for quite some time ranging from 4 minutes to over an hour.
They also provide a dashboard for you to check the traffic amount and customer service is very on it too.
