Hello.

We can't really answer to your first question because we are not using any other proxy providers and I don't see any specific info on their webpage. You can take the same IP address multiple times, and our IPs live from a few days to a few months. Usually a month or so.

You can use our proxies for all sites you listed, but we'll ask you to be careful with Paypal.
