First of all, I don't take any new orders, stop writing stuff you don't know about.

Second, I will send out replacements this week, not refunds.

As you maybe know, Google had an update yesterday so no seller on BHW have successfully created any new accounts this last week, this is nothing I or anyone knew about when taking your order, that we could no longer create accounts and Google making mass suspensions. Please try be patient and have a little understanding, like the rest of my customers, I will deliver you account sometime this week, our accounts going through a process right now that Google says take between 3-5 days to finalize.

We actually have some good news when it comes to creating successfull accounts

Ok i edit definetly my vouch for NEGATIVE. My account got suspended due to system abuse even if i´ve done what the seller said. The seller not want to replace the account cause he says that the problem is my website: FALSE. My website sells soccer jersey from years and my personal google ad account is alive without problems, and i made ads for the same website. Anyway on youtube is full of video tutorial for create google threshold account. Check it out guys and not give money to these people.

Yes you can advertise for 600 AUD. Limit of the timeframe is 30 days since google automatically try charge the accs current threshold after 30 days.
