how good is telegram for the dogs niche? can we find groups of tier 1 members?

You would need to find these groups yourself and give them to me. Clients are usually better at finding groups than we are. They know which members of what groups are interested in their own. So my job is to scrape the active members out of those and add them to your group or message them if you prefer.

Do you have any tips to find groups for a specific niche before I can use your service to add members to my group ?

There are several websites online to find groups, the global search on telegram is another option, searching on good is also a very good way of doing that
