Work only for Google Portugal . in general, this card is the best, it is more expensive but works for any country and it is rechargeable

I need a CC to create a Google ads account to place Youtube Ads.

I have no experience in Google ads and Youtube ads yet. Basically, I want to place an targeted black-hat-ad in a particular Youtube channel of a competitor. You're mentioning "prepaid" in your post.. however prepaid don't work on Google AdWords.
What type are your VCCs? Credit - Debit - Prepaid? Because it'll either have to be Credit Visa or Debit Visa for it to work on Google AdWords.
