Ridiculous support..
I had a server from PQ hosting. I paid with my girlfriend's kredit card but she didn't approve by mistake and she didn't understand that.
Server was suspended tonight. I've logged in and paid immediately. I checked my mailbox, PQ hosting gave me 3 days to delete the data.
Server turned to active in their rubbish system. But I couldn't reach the server by putty or from their rubbish system.
I opened a ticket. After 1 hour got an answer was telling me that server is active! Really?
I replied them that server is looking active in their system but it is unreachable and nothing works.
2 hours passed and still no answer. If you are running online business, stay away. I would not recommend PQ hosting at all.
Their mails were coming to my junk box. I wouldn't know that server was unpaid. Now I don't know what will happen. My data is very important to me..
Most probably I won't reach my data anymore. I also wasted my money.. Hundreds of a lot of unhappy customers.. Thank you PQ Hosting..
